What is being done in regards to Covid-19?
Hugs are back! We are currently doing in person events and
require that all parties adhere to the government issued guidelines on the number of patrons allowed to gather. If you prefer the princess to keep her mask on for the entirety of the visit, please let us know when booking your party. If a guest is sick, we ask that they do not attend the event, and if the birthday person or immediate family member has covid, you must notify us so we can reschedule the party. 

 

Virtual parties or video messages are also a great option, and can be found on our Packages pageThank you for helping us keep everyone safe.

What age do you recommend princess parties for?
There is no age limit for the magic of a princess party! We can entertain and accommodate all ages for an event. We find 3-8 are the most popular ages, however you know your child best and can gauge whether they would be interested in our fairytale characters.

Can the kids eat during the party?

We ask that any food not be eaten during our visit, as it tends to distract the children and may cause a mess for our costumes. Near the end of the visit cake can be brought out to sing Happy Birthday with, and may be eaten after our princess leaves.

Do I need to provide anything for the party?

We ask for enough space to do some dancing and games, as well as a chair and small table for our princess to do story time and face painting.

 

Should you require your party to be outside we ask for a shaded area with a blanket or flooring to sit on so our performer is comfortable on warmer days. Please keep in mind all parties must be indoors from November-April as it can be quite chilly for the princesses, however exceptions can be made for unseasonably warm days. 

 

Our performers cannot perform if it is raining, even a light rain. If you plan on having an outdoor event, you must have a backup indoor location available, as we do not reschedule due to weather.

Am I expected to tip?

Tipping is never expected, but is always greatly appreciated by our princesses!

What if I need to cancel the party?
We do not give refunds, however we are happy to work with you to find an alternative date for your party should there be a cancellation due to an emergency. If there is no reason for the cancellation, we reserve the right to keep the deposit in full and no rescheduling will be done.
